Tips for Baking Potatoes in the Air Fryer
This recipe is really very easy, but we do have a few tips:
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer. You want the potatoes to have a little space around them to allow the air to circulate.Adjust the cooking time based on the size of your potatoes. 45-50 minutes will work great for medium-sized russet potatoes. Larger potatoes will need to cook longer and smaller potatoes will need less cook time. When checking the potatoes, I suggest slicing one open and “fluffing up” the insides with a fork. If it’s still hard it needs to cook a while longer.
